You can enroll one of two ways. Fill out an application at a participating store or enroll online. To enroll online please select the "Join Rewards" button found on the homepage.
Redeem them at any participating store. Rewards certificates are valid for approximately 30 days. The expiration date is printed/displayed on your certificate.
This is an optional field in your profile information. You never know, we might send you a card on your birthday.
Check your balance on this website upon login.
Log in to your account. Navigate to the "My Profile"" page. First check that we have the most recent email address for you. Then update your communications to opt in to receiving email communications.
If you forgot your password, click on "Reset Password." If you forgot your username and password, you will need to contact customer service for assistance. If you are logging in for the first time, provide your first name and zip code along with your Rewards account, phone number OR email address. If you have any trouble contact customer service by email at rewardsservice@truevalue.com.

Once you are logged into your account, click "My Profile" page to update email, address and/or phone number.
Some products may be excluded from earning points or may earn a percentage of points. Points earned on certain purchases can vary based on each individual store. See your store location for details.
Rewards certificates are like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
